Following the success of their first kids’ pizza making workshop, Belfast’s only ‘Jazzeria,’ Pizza Jazz, has announced the opening of their restaurant on Great Victoria Street every Sunday afternoon for this family event.

Hungry kids can now join Chef Adrius Drumsta to learn how to create the perfect healthy pizza, from rolling and tossing the pizza dough to spooning on just the right amount of tomato sauce and pairing the perfect combination of fresh toppings to create a pizza masterpiece.

As kids receive instruction and healthy eating advice from Pizza Jazz’s enthusiastic staff, parents can enjoy tea or coffee and snacks from the restaurant as well as joining in on the fun by making music with their children.  Families are encouraged to try their hand at making music by pulling the instruments off of the dining room walls or indulging in the karaoke studio.

pic-30‘Pizza Jazz prides itself on providing a family-friendly and interactive atmosphere to be enjoyed by all, mixing a love of pizza made with high-quality and fresh local ingredients, with our passion for music,’ said Karen Ainsworth, Owner of Pizza Jazz.  ‘Following our first kids’ pizza making workshop we have received an overwhelming number of enquiries from parents hoping to register their children for the events and so we will now offer them every Sunday. Due to the interaction of each workshop we can only accept 8 children in each session’.

The cost of attending the Pizza Jazz Kids’ Workshops is £8.95 per child, which includes pizza making with a professional chef, children’s lunch, a toy, and refreshments for adults.  Pizza Jazz is already accepting bookings for their weekly workshops and advanced booking is required.
