Belfast brand engagement agency Mammoth recently hosted creative agencies from across the globe as part of a twin city trip to Belfast and Dublin as part of the Confrad annual summit.

A global network of 16 independent, international communications and advertising agencies, Confrad is represented in Ireland by Mammoth and over the last three years this involvement has helped the agency generate incomes of £1m over a three-year period. This has resulted in the creation of 10 new jobs so far in 2018, with an additional six new jobs in the pipeline.

Jeremy Poots, Joint Managing Partner said, “We were delighted to welcome our Confrad partners to Belfast and Dublin. Being part of Confrad has opened up additional opportunities for our business and has helped us to increase our turnover, staff count and ultimately drive money back into the local economy.”

Agencies within the Confrad alliance operate in countries including France, Denmark, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Canada, USA, China, the UK and Ireland and are responsible for managing PR and marketing activities for some of the most well-known brands throughout the world.

Being part of this alliance brings many opportunities to the member companies and the brands they work with, as through collaboration clients can benefit from successful international campaigns through the localised insights and expertise of worldwide agencies.

As part of the trip delegates heard from speakers including Google’s Head of Sales, Ross Mooney and Guinness’ Global Content and Innovation Director, Gavin Krenski.
